How does the delivery process work?

Once the order is placed on our website the order is processed within 24 hours except for a time duration of Public Holiday or a Sunday. Our Courier partners depending on the location will deliver the products within 2 to 5 days.

 

Does NOTSHY deliver pan India?

Yes! We try to deliver to all serviceable pin-codes through our delivery partners.

 

My order has been shipped. How can I track it?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking message on WhatsApp with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.

You can track the status of your package 12 hours after your order is dispatched.

 

What is the estimated delivery time?

We usually dispatch most orders within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) and should reach you within 3 working days depending on the location.

 

Are there any shipping charges applicable to my order?

We do not charge any shipping charges.

We want you to love the product, that you buy from NOTSHY. However, we do not accept returns of products, apart from damage during transportation or a  wrong product delivered by us. If there is any defect, you need to inform us, by sending an email or calling us within 24 hours, of receiving & accepting the product. We believe in complete customer satisfaction, and any product, which you have received in a damaged condition, due to transportation will be replaced.   1.   HOW LONG WILL THE RETURN PROCESS TAKE?

Once your return request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes about 4-5 days, to have the product picked from your place. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a Product Inspection, which takes about  2 days. Delivery of the new product is initiated within 3-4 days, after product inspection.

 

  1.   HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

If for any of our mistakes, the product has to be returned (like damaged in transportation), we will schedule a pickup, using our logistics partner, and get it picked up at our cost. In Case You Are Dissatisfied With The Product:

Drop us an email at care@notshy.in or call +91 7400116564. Our customer delight team, will help you, with your queries and resolve them within 24-48 hours. Replacements will only be accepted for products, that have been damaged in transit or products that have physical defects and in case an incorrect product has been delivered. We request you, to email us on the same day of delivery, with photos of the damaged/incorrect product for us to accept the request. Please note, that the replacement will be initiated, only after the returned parcel is handed over. We encourage the customer, to review the listing, before making the purchase decision. In case the customer orders the wrong item, NOTSHY shall not be entitled to any return/refund/exchange.
